• Legal Consultation: Expert legal advice on debt recovery matters
• Case Management: Comprehensive tracking and management of recovery cases
• Partner Program: Referral and partnership opportunities
• Payment Reminder App: Automated payment reminder services
• Credit Check Services: Advanced credit assessment and verification

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Provide necessary documentation and cooperation for case processing

4. Service Terms

4.1 Debt Recovery Services

• Services are provided on a success-based fee structure
• costs for case evaluation and initial consultation
• Fees are calculated as a percentage of recovered amount
• Minimum debt amount requirements may apply
• Case acceptance is subject to our evaluation criteria

4.2 Legal Consultation

• Initial consultation is provided free of charge
• Consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship
• Legal advice is general in nature and not case-specific
• Formal legal representation requires separate agreement

4.3 Partner Program

• Partnership is subject to approval and qualification
• Commission rates and payment terms are as specified in partner agreement
• Partners must comply with our referral guidelines
• Partnership can be terminated at any time with notice

5. Payment Terms

• Success-Based Fees: Payment is due only upon successful recovery
• Fee Structure: Fees are calculated as percentage of recovered amount
• Payment Timeline: Payment is due within 30 days of successful recovery
• Late Fees: Late payment may incur additional charges
• Refunds: No refunds for services already rendered
• Disputes: Payment disputes must be raised within 15 days

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by PayAssured or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Remove or alter copyright notices

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayAssured shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party actions
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Client's failure to provide accurate information
• Unsuccessful recovery attempts

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties regarding successful recovery outcomes

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services:

• Immediately for breach of these Terms
• With 30 days' notice for any reason
• Upon completion of your case
• If you fail to pay required fees

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We will notify you of material changes by email or through our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. We will replace any invalid provision with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.
